Proceeds from this charity event will fund the public awareness efforts and research supported by TAAF. Specifically, our goal is to raise $50,000 to support a 2009 Research Grant. In 2008 we were able to provide funding for a project investigating new 3-D imaging techniques that will help predict which aneurysms and vascular malformations are more likely to grow or rupture. This will enable more effective monitoring and treatment of blood vessel diseases in the brain.
